(Be in this world as a stranger)

AbduLLah Bin U’mar (RaziyALLaahu ‘Anhu) Ne Bayaan Kiya Ke

RasooLALLaah (SaLLaLLaahu A’Laihi WasaLLam) Ne Mera Shaana (Shoulder) Pakad Kar Farmaaya :
“Duniya Me Is Tarah Hoja Jaisey Tu Musaafir Ya Raasta ChaLney WaaLa Ho”. AbduLLah Bin U’mar (RaziyALLaahu ‘Anhu) Farmaaya Kartey The Shaam Ho Jaaye Tou Subah Ke Muntazar Naa Raho Aur Subah Ke WaQt Shaam Ke Muntazar Naa Raho. Apni Sehat Ko Marz Se PehLe Ghaneemat Jaano Aur Zindagi Ko Maut Se PehLe.
In English,
AbduLLah Bin U’mar (RaziyALLaahu ‘Anhu) said : “ALLAAH’s Messenger (SaLLaLLaahu A’Laihi WasaLLam) took hold of my shoulder and said, ‘Be in this world as if you were a stranger or a traveler.” The sub-narrator added : Ibn U’mar (RaziyALLaahu ‘Anhu) used to say, “If you survive till the evening, do not expect to be alive in the morning, and if you survive till the morning, do not expect to be alive in the evening, and take from your heALth for your sickness, and (take) from your life for your death.”
